The last weekend of May in Valdichiana is dedicated to one of the most appreciated food and wine products in Italy: the "White Beef of the Central Apennines".
Participate in the event "The Valley of the White Giant", the largest event organized in Sinalunga to learn about and appreciate the prized Chianina beef in its place of origin: you will know the history of the Valdichiana Senese, participating in conferences and dedicated master classes, for then continue the visit to a Chianina breeding farm and then at the table with the tasting of this precious Italian meat, from which the famous Florentine Steak is obtained.
