It is not a mystery that, in the past, the places of faith were situated in enchanting landscapes, often a little secluded from the beaten ways, but still reachable by the main roads of communication.
This is also the case of the beautiful churches and abbeys that we will encounter during this hiking trip between Valdichiana and Val d'Orcia, a famous area both for the variety of its landscape and, above all, for the excellent wines here produced.
